Shipping & Delivery
Item Availability + Shipping Method = Estimated Delivery Time.
The estimated delivery date range on the gives the approximate dates that your order may arrive to you. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, unexpected delays or loss may occur while your shipment is in transit.
Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Before reporting shipments as lost, please check with household members, neighbors, mailroom clerks, leasing office attendants, etc., to see if they have signed for the package in your absence. Also, drivers sometimes leave packages at front or back porches, garages, behind bushes, or secure, out of public sight areas.
For non-trackable shipping methods, our policy is to wait 15 business days before declaring a United States order lost. We wait 30 business days for shipments outside the United States, including APO/FPO addresses and US territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc.). If you are not in the United States, we recommend that you check with your local postal or customs office, as many times an order is held there.
If your order has not arrived within these time frames, please email and be sure to include your name and order number.
Privacy & Security
We automatically collect and store the following information about you: the name of the domain from which you access the Internet; the date and time you access one of our sites; and the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site. We use this information to measure the number of visitors to our site, address our users' preferences and to attract new users, and, in some instances, to properly credit third-parties who refer users to our site.

In addition to the information we automatically collect any time a user visits our site, we also ask users to voluntarily provide certain information so that users can take full advantage of the services and features offered at our site. Users of our site are often able to enter contests and sign up to receive electronic newsletters. To provide these services to our users, we generally request that the user provide no more than a name and an email address. We do not require any of our users to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in an activity as a condition of participation. We use the information collected to distribute the requested newsletter or other content, to notify contest winners, to enable password protected access to certain services and sections within our site, and to provide whatever other service the user has authorized in providing the contact information.

To make a purchase at our site, users are asked to provide their name, email address, mailing address, credit card number and credit card expiration date. Once entered, this information is usually saved by the site. When you choose to make future purchases through our site, this information automatically appears in the appropriate spaces on the web page within the site for placing orders.

Berryessa Designs does not sell, trade, lease or distribute the personal information of its registered users. Please note that our privacy policy does not cover the web sites or web pages that link to the Berryessa Designs Network of sites and services.

All transmissions of personal user information are through Berryessa Designs’s secure computer servers which run authentication and data encryption software. Access to registered users' accounts on our site is password protected.In general, Berryessa Designs is comprised of general interest/audience sites and is not directed at children under the age of 13. It is Berryessa Designs’s policy to refrain from knowingly collecting personally identifying information from children 12 or under and to actively discourage children from providing such information at points of collection.
Returns & Replacements
No refunds, all sales are final. Color exchanges only! Items must be received by us within two weeks of original purchase.In some cases, customs officials will confiscate the restricted items, in which can we cannot refund the merchandise or the shipping and handling costs.
You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart" link. When you have finished adding all of the items you intend to purchase, go to the shopping cart page and click the “checkout” button.
Upon successful completion of your order you will be forwarded to the order completion page. The order number and total will be displayed on this page, as well as additional information pertaining to your order. It is important to retain your order number for future reference and correspondence.

Berryessa Designs accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover credit cards. We also accept debit cards that carry the MasterCard or Visa logo. We do not release your credit card information to any outside organizations and our secure servers safely handle the transfer of your personal information.

Unfortunately, we cannot place orders by phone, email, or fax. Please follow the instructions above for credit card by phone. If you do not feel comfortable transferring credit card information on the Internet please visit one of our retail locations.
